1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website, services, or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Two Bros Foundation Repair provides foundation inspection, repair, and related structural services for residential and commercial properties in the Houston area. We offer free inspections, written proposals, and warranty coverage for qualifying work.
3. Free Inspection & Estimate Program
When you request a free inspection and estimate via our website or phone, you authorize us to evaluate your property. This estimate is non-binding until a written contract is signed. Consent to be contacted (by phone, email, or text) is required and is not a condition of purchase.
4. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide access to your property (interior and exterior) for inspection and any required work. For crawl spaces or pier & beam foundations, you must ensure safe and clear access. If unsafe conditions prevent work, we reserve the right to reschedule or terminate.
5. Proposal and Contract Terms
Upon inspection, we will present a written proposal that includes scope of work, timeline, warranty terms, and cost. A contract must be signed and deposit collected (if applicable) before work begins. Changes to scope may result in revised pricing.
6. Warranty & Transfers
Our qualifying projects come with a lifetime transferable warranty, subject to the terms outlined in the separate Warranty document. Warranty coverage depends on project type, proper maintenance (drainage, soil moisture), and conditions of original installation.
7. Client Responsibilities
You must maintain proper site conditions, including grade and drainage, gutter and downspout function, and consistent soil moisture. Failure to maintain these may void or limit warranty coverage. Landscaping, trees, or other elements may be disturbed during work; we are not responsible for existing damage and recommend you secure valuable items.
8. Payment Terms
Invoices are due as specified in the contract. If financing is offered, you agree to the credit terms and third-party agreement. Failure to pay may result in work stoppage, liens, or legal action.
9. Limitations of Liability
We install and adjust foundation systems as described in the contract. Except as explicitly stated in the warranty, we exclude all other warranties, whether express or implied. In no event shall Two Bros Foundation Repair be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of profits, or additional damage due to delay or failure of system.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (weather, strikes, acts of God, supply shortages, etc.).
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas. and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
